Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 August 2026

Welcome to PixPay. These Terms of Service govern your use of the PixPay invoicing platform operated by HappyPixel Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using PixPay, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

PixPay provides an online invoicing platform that enables freelancers and small businesses to create, send, and manage invoices, and to receive payments from clients. The service is provided via the web application at app.mypixpay.co.uk.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use PixPay. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to use PixPay.

3. Free and Pro Plans

PixPay offers a Free plan limited to 5 invoices and a Pro plan with unlimited invoices and additional features. Free plan users have PixPay branding displayed on their invoices. Pro plan subscribers pay a recurring fee as listed on the pricing page. You may upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing for invoices sent through PixPay is handled by Stripe. By using Stripe payment links through PixPay you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. PixPay does not store your clients' card details. You are responsible for connecting your own Stripe account and for all transactions processed through it.

5. Subscription Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed automatically on your billing date. You may cancel at any time and will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using PixPay including invoices, client data, and business information. By using PixPay you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PixPay for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, to impersonate any person or business, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

PixPay is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyPixel Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR. By using PixPay you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or within the app. Continued use of PixPay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
